| Course Description | Following topics will be covered during this course: Sources of enforcement law, bankruptcy institutions, enforcement fees, parties of debt enforcement process, debt enforcement without verdict, levy, initiation of enforcement, preliminary documents and fees, parties, objection to enforcement, nullification of objection. |
